In the mountains, you will find plenty of trails of different difficulty levels which you can explore by foot, horseback or take a 4x4 along the Sani Pass into Lesotho. Look out for the little hidden caves where you can find rock-art that is over 2,000 years old!
The Drakensburg lies just three hours northwest of Durban, with its towering wall of making a great first impression! But its not all daunting - these mountains are cloaked in a carpet of grass and mossy forests, abundant in life.
