Here at Tailored Journeys we want your holiday to run as smoothly as possible. There are usually a few questions you have before you travel, so we have put together the below page to help answer some of them for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Adequate travel insurance is a condition of your contract with us. You must be satisfied that your insurance fully covers all your personal requirements including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, medical expenses and repatriation in the event of accident or illness. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
CHAUFFEURS
With every tailor made holiday we include complimentary Airport Chauffeur services in the UK (within a radius of 50 miles). Conditions apply. We are unable to offer free airport transfers when price matching or working towards tight budgets.
SUPPORT
You will have the support of a local office in every destination and have access to a 24 hour mobile number here in the UK. You will also have an interactive App to access your itinerary and inform you of any flight changes in real time.
ATOL
All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays with Tailored Journeys Ltd are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ensure you get your certificate at the time of booking and that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services ) is listed on it . PASSPORTS & VISAS
It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid and you have the correct visas to enter your choice of destination. We will be more than happy to offer free advice and assistance if required.
