Meals are formal affairs, multi-course dinners in Edwardian-styled dining cars, using fresh local ingredients, with fine South African wines. Breakfast, lunch, tea & dinner served at set times.
Three classes of suites: Pullman (smallest), Deluxe (mid-size), Royal (most spacious, some taking up half a carriage with bathtub). All have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, tea facilities and daily servicing..
