Chitwa Chitwa Private Game Lodge is situated in the remote northern wilderness on the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. The lodge borders the Kruger National Park to the east with Mala Mala to the south.
Originally a private retreat of the Brink family, Chitwa Chitwa Private Game Lodge was transformed into an oasis of conservation and harmony. It's a holistic and sensorial experience which starts at sunrise and captures the very essence of the magnificent wildlife heritage and natural landscape of Africa before sunset. Each of the eight suites are individually designed and have their own plunge pool and private timber sun deck looking over the lake, a prime game viewing spot. There is also Chitwa Private House, for the ultimate exclusive experience, where you’ll be treated to great hospitality, fine food and are able to tailor your bush experience to the last detail with your dedicated ranger.

Chitwa Chitwa’s excellent location in the Sabi Sands along with its top guides and Shangaan trackers make catching a glimpse of the ‘big five’ a safari experience like no other. You can also enjoy cultural excursions to experience local life in the small village of Dixie, situated close to the Gowrie Gate entrance of the Sabi Sands.
