DAY 3-7
BORANA CONSERVANCY
Say goodbye to Nairobi with a transfer to Wilson airport for your flight into Laikipia, the gateway to adventure.
Light aircraft fly at significantly lower altitudes than commercial jets which make enjoying the view from the window an experience in itself.
On arrival at the airstrip you will be met by a driver and driven to your camp.
The number of activities on offer at Borana are bewildering. They include game drives, bush walks, bush dining, horseback riding (all levels), mountain biking, Cultural and community visits and forest canopy guided walks. Most activities are included but some, such as horseback riding and mountain biking require pre booking.
We have also included an optional, but highly recommended night under the stars at Borana Fly Camp, set up at remote locations on the reserve.
Offering guests a unique camping experience, Borana Fly Camp is accessible via a game drive, on foot, on horseback or on a mountain bike.
