We promise that any COVID-19 related cancellation will get a full refund with no questions asked, within 14 days of cancellation. This is valid for all bookings made from now until the 31st of March 2021. 
We are not just encouraging you to travel again but we are trying hard to make travel easy and less complicated for all! We have the expertise to help you choose a suitable destination and then guide you through all the pre-travel procedures, including necessary PCR tests and meet entry clearance requirements for your chosen destination. Our team will be travelling to most of our most popular destinations in the coming weeks, starting from a visit to the Seychelles on the 28th of October, before we encourage you, as our valuable clients to travel again. 

Refunds and Cancellations 

Being an independent tour operator, we have been very effective in dealing with cancellations, postponements and refunds extremely successfully.  
You only have to look at our review pages to know what our clients have to say about how efficiently we have gone about refunding our clients and how we have assisted our clients find an alternate holiday or make changes totravel dates without incurring unnecessary charges. 
In order to further encourage you to book with us, we have put the following procedures in place 
A low deposit of £100.00 per adult at the time of booking. Balance 8 weeks before departure. 
Full refunds in case of COVID-19 related cancellation up to 14 days before departure. (Valid till 31 March 2021) 
Free date changes up to 30 days before you travel due to COVID-19 related postponements. (Valid till March 2021) 
We will continue to monitor Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office advise and keep working harder to ensure you have all the relevant information you require for your holiday. We will continue to visit
